  • Terrible service

What’s wrong with this app? It’s said that it has a free activation period and the moment I activated that it charged me the whole amount. Why it’s so misleading? I just wanna cancel the subscription and if possible, refund of the amount.

I registered and no credential email was sent. So am locked out of my account and can’t cancel subscription. Forgot login option also does not send email. Phone number says call back during work hours and not saying what are the working hours. If I will not get in by tomorrow noon I will flag this transaction as fraud in Bank of America and will also report about this poor service to app store. Btw they say its a free 30 days trail but charged me $1

Fax machine in your hand. If you deal with medical much, they don’t do email for security. So, just fax it over the same Internet and they’re happy. Works great

  • Nothing more than a scam

This is a scam. They told me multiple times I was no longer subscribed and continued to charge. I had to call them and threaten legal action, and I’m still not sure if I will be billed next month or not.

So far I’m ok with the functionality of the app. However the inability to send PDF’s is upsetting. It’s probably the common file type and not being able to send PDF’s make this application a waste of time.

So easy to use. Never dreamed I would be able to send a fax by phone and it would be this easy. Wish I had subscribed to eFax sooner. Thank you!
