You need to have a ton of money to play this game and be competitive. Don’t bother playing this game unless you have lots of money or want to get slaughtered. New update just proves the developers are all about spending money. I would suggest playing any other game besides this game. Another crappy game by Fun+!

My team signed up for the new event: Bloodwars. Since we we are United States based player, we signed up for 5/18/2019 0100 UTC time which was 5/17/2019 6:00 pm PST time. During the day of the event, the entire alliance received notifications to prepare, that we were matched, and that we only had 30 minutes before the event started. However, my team and I were unable to join the event as the event center noted “Registration Failed” Despite this, we kept receiving notifications to join events. After the start of the event and we were still unable to attend, we decided to complete a different event, Night Siege. After trying to figure out what had happened I have suggested to my team to send an in-game customer support inquiry regarding the glitch/error. I have since been conducting a back and forth with customer support since 5/17/2019.
Each conversation I provided screenshot copies of the error, and each reply the blame was put on me, the player. After sharing yet another set of screenshots showing the time difference between game server time versus my actual time, the customer support did not even bother to review the screenshots and still places the blame on me, the player. Since there was more than one player affected, in fact all 94 players in the alliance were affected and were receiving the same response I am receiving, I am requesting that Google investigate this developer for their lack of sufficient customer support and placing blame on players who did not cause the glitch/error. I can provide conversation screenshots between myself and the customer support, as well as screenshots of the error and glitch that I have provided the customer support.
  • How do you justify your mistake when screenshots are provided???

Customer support is horrible! Game glitches and after days of working with “customer support” they place the blame on the player. During the conversation screenshots were provided to show the glitch in their system that prevented my team from participating in the new event. Instead of investigating, using proof provided, the standard customer support bs they keep on sending is the final answer. No I am not satisfied with the service provided. Yes I will continue to pester your customer support in all venues I can find. To include reporting your ineffective customer support in ALL platforms, Discord, Facebook, Apple, Google, and Amazon.

It’s at its core, decent. Not even that, this game is so geared towards micro transactions it’s astonishing people who don’t pay to play are still playing this game, no to mention some of the ads I’ve seen for this game are a big lie. I’ve played many of these types of games and they are also not really that exciting, no battle sequences or anything. This is the type of game you play if you have a lot of patience, and I mean a lot if your not planning on paying. Its a good idea but the amount of micro transactions in it keep it from getting a higher rating Its EA at this point.

I saw the add for the game and thought. This looks to good to be true... I was partly right. They stole video of a game called Cossacs, along with video of a game called total war. So while I’m glad I found those two games.. this is not them. Completely and blatantly lying. It’s also just an awful game in general but they know it. If they didn’t they’d use there own game footage as advertising.

There is so much false advertising in your adds that I wonder if you have ever shown an honest add in the entirety of this apps history because I played the game for about a week and it was nothing like the adds. And every time I see them it’s a different game I just don’t like the dishonesty
  • Nothing new

Same game as 150 others out there. Also the actual game play is NOTHING like what is advertised. Also like many others have said, there is nothing keeping huge players from constantly smashing and bullying new players. Don’t bother playing.
