    I really used to like this app and the camera but not long ago when I would try to get on it would say I have a device that wasn’t set up with my plan but I had already used the camera on my plan, now the camera has to b on two separate things for it to work right ever since I fixed the problem and put my camera on the other plan thing it will now show the live video when I am not home and will not play the sound on the activity stream. I had this problem b4 the update but if I went onto the live stream and turned on the sound then the sound on the activity stream would work now I can’t even do that. Fix the problem and I will fix my rating.

    When I first bought my cameras two years ago I loved them. This app have never caused me any problems until now. Whenever I try to look at my cameras it takes forever to load. I wait for 10-15 mins before I can see anything. Sometimes when it shows I can only see a black screens. This seriously needs to be fixed. I can’t see the safety of my home since it takes so long to load.

    I purchased this product today. It was easy to set up at first. I decided to redo my dashboard. Resetting the cameras took some tries to reset. After 30 of resetting the camera, they finally reset and I set up my dashboard the way I wanted. The instructions aren’t the best. I read various reviews about these cameras. The colors are good. In order to get the full view of my living room , I had to turn my phone sideways. The audio is not bad. I can’t wait to see what it looks like at night. I did not purchase the cloud storage and I forgot to purchase the SD card. Over all not bad for the price I paid.

    Should have a four view panel... I signed for plus plan, it works, but it would be a lot better if there was a way to see all cameras at the same time...

    July 3..19..I gave up complaining because this company has no clue how to keep the cameras on. Very often I have to unplug the camera and plug it back in. No reason for it to go off.. it just does. Bad cameras... July 23...in-fricken-believable. Just updated my app and now my cameras disappear. April 16.... maybe you guys can update your app so I don’t have the unplug and plug in the camera everytime there is a power glitch. So annoying. I M sure it’s not rocket science to figure it out. How do I put a negative number review? April 8.....oh my god!!!!! The worst security product. I have had this for almost a year. My cameras are constAntly going offline. They continue to blame it on the internet provider. I have to go home and unplug the camera and plug it back in, I pay monthly for this service. If you have this product, find another one before you have to fight to get a refund. I fought with Walmart and they would not budge. They don’t help you. They always say they are working on a fix. January 8..returned two of them, was having a good week. Lost power, cameras went off line. So inconvenient November 26...spinning, spinning, spinning. Wish I knew how to get this company to stand by the product, uninstalled the app...now won’t install. November 23...spinning, spinning, spinning. Wish I knew how to get this company to stand by the product, uninstalled the app...now won’t install. November19....I wonder if this company shuts off their server. I have been sitting here for hours and the wheel keeps spinning not opening up the cameras. Let’s see? The camera was shut off for no reason. I got out of bed at 2 am to unplug the camera and plug it back in. November 6.....I figured out how to stop the wheel from spinning. More times than not, the cameras have a hard time opening. One opens, the other doesn’t and then one goes off line for no reason. The recordings don’t open up, the time stamp changes from correct time to. 7 hours off. Sometimes the pm shows the daylight time. So here’s what I do.....I close the app, sign off, sign on, sign off, sign in, uninstalll the app, install the app, sign on , sign off, sign on, delete the cameras, add the cameras, delete app, install app, sign on, sign off, check the internet and switch from 2g to 5g, reboot my phone twice. If that doesn’t work, I repeat the steps. It takes time, and I do everything that their IT tells me to. October 13..am I going crazy or did all of my cameras disappear. Not sure what’s going on. My battery went from 100% to 1% in the matter of 5 hours and now my cameras are not on the app. I open the program and it tells me to pair my devices. I’m at work and cannot pair my devices. What gives. FIX IT September 30....as I read the reviews I can see that I am not the only one who has problems, I am following instructions from ‘Tech support’. It’s amazing that I followed instructions to delete the camera. I deleted one and spent 90% of my battery, signed on and off several times, and waited impatiently to have the camera finally get connected and now waiting for the wheel to spin, spin, spin. I think someone n the other end of this app should stand by this product. I cannot give more than 1/2 of a star. Read all the reviews and fix this serious problem please. September 21..,I'm out of town, have 4 cameras set up to catch intruders trying to break into my house. Recently found out there was a power outage in my neighborhood. The only way to reactivate the cameras is to unplug them and plug them in. So now the rest of my vacation is wondering what is happening at my house...don't understand the difference between power being restored and unplugging/plugging back in. September 17...I'm finding that in order to get the cameras to open up sometimes I have to either sign out and sign in multiple times or delete the app and re-open the app. Sometimes that works sometimes it doesn't consistency please. Thank you for finally giving me notification when someone is in the areas of the cameras. September 14...crzy how the app just freezes as I try to log on and I have to shut my phone off to reset it..or actually uninstall the app and reinstall it. September 9..I am now getting my notifications. It doesn't freeze as much and opens up when I want it to mist of the time. Thank you tech guys.. I need to wait a while before I give it more than 1 star. September 4.. I was told by customer service last week that by today, there would be an app update which would eliminate the issues I (Or from what I read, several others) are having problems with. TECH GUYS ...what is the status of this? I have 4 cameras that are consistently working.l/not working, recording/not recording, wheel spinning. I need to know what the deal is. Respond to this by updating your app. And make it work. This is totally frustrating that you cannot update it. Will it ever work I know you can do it. Just do it already. August 31. I hope you guys are working on this app. This is totally messed up. I was robbed 2 months ago and I bought these cameras to catch whoever is outside of my house. I love the alert that lights my iPhone. I love the fact that I can open the app and view the cameras immediately. You updated the app in early August and everything disappeared. No alerts and minutes of wasted battery and my day of fighting with the app. I fail to understand what is so hard about getting it back to iPhone usage. I am expecting a solution this weekend. August 27. I still can't even give it 1/2 star yet. Now I cannot receive the alert if someone is near the camera. In the middle of the night if I hear noise outside, the camera wheel spins. I uninstalled the app, tried changing my internet from 2-5g-4g-Lte. The wheel just spins, it is so inconsistent. It's a good concept; please get it to work with iPhone.
  • Time frames for rules??

    Everything is great on the app once you figure it out. My only confusion still is modifying the time frames for your “rules” it simply won’t allow me to set up a time frame of 9:30pm to 7:30am for motion detecting. I have to keep it set to “all day” in order for it to detect and capture motion. This is a HUGE pain as I am getting notified all. Day. Long.
